u  PLC for controlling system makes the machine very stable and can save the information including the temperature information, speed information, spray flux information.  

u  Sprayer droved by stepper motor and rail/slider guiding rail. This makes sprayer moving stable, smooth and long life warranty.

u  Two forced air convection preheat zones control by PLC in PID model. The preheat zone will provide enough uniform heat for the PCB.

u  The drawer type blower and drawer type heater installation style, make the maintenance very convenient.

u  Solder pot is made of TI, **0% no problem for lead-free. We provide 5 years warranty for solder pot itself!!!

u  The Rail width can be adjusted automatically by the order from the computer 

u  External air chiller to attain the great cold –down as per lead-free required .(optional)

u The weekly Operating schedule is available to the operator to start or turn off the machine
